Buyers - Tim has been a Realtor since 1983 and Stacy has been a
Realtor since 1999. We've been doing this for a long time with buyers. "We
work at your pace, not ours," We will never try and sell you a home. We will
show you as many homes as it takes to make sure you get the one that checks off
most of what you are looking for. I do not think anyone ever gets 100% of what
they are looking for, but we will try and get you in the 95% range. As we see
homes we will let you know what we think is good, what we think will need
repairs soon, overall condition of the structure and how good the location is.

We want to earn you business, we don't expect you to give it to
